Refund policy

Product Exchange Policy

  1. Requests for product exchanges or returns must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days after the product has been received by the customer.
  2. Customers must contact our customer service team and provide the reason for the return request. A clear explanation must be provided, such as a defective product, damaged item, incorrect item received, or other valid reasons.
  3. Customers are required to provide a complete and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time. Claims submitted without an unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund processing.
  4. All original tags must remain attached, and padel rackets must remain sealed in their original plastic packaging.
  5. Products must be returned in unused condition and suitable for resale.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the verification result.

If the refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider involved.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been used.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Products whose original plastic seal, packaging, or protective wrapping has been opened, removed, or tampered with by the customer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product received is proven to be defective.
